[JoPP-Public] Spanish translation

Hi, I just wanted to comment we're translating some of the articles from
JoPP into spanish and that we plan to publish them at En Defensa del
Software Libre site[0] and probably on paper.

You can find the work in progress at our git repositories[1][2].

En Defensa del Software Libre is sort of a journal where we publish
articles on Free Software, Free Culture and now Peer Production :)
