<font face="Arial">Hay momentos en que resulta
necesario recordar que vivimos en un mundo cada
vez m�s interconectado. En la sociedad global,
en estos d�as hay movimientos para impedir que
maten por lapidaci�n a una mujer ad�ltera en una
sociedad musulmana, hay un barco luchando para
poder llevar alimentos a los palestinos
bloqueados en la franja de Gaza, hay temor
creciente a que Estados Unidos invada Ir�n, hay
una invasi�n multinacional y voraz sobre las
tierras f�rtiles de toda �frica para sumarlas a
la agricultura industrial. En ese mundo, plagado
de intolerancia e inequidad, ayer se aprob� en
la Argentina una ley que equipara una serie de
derechos civiles vinculados al matrimonio, para
todos los ciudadanos, sea cual sea su
orientaci�n sexual.</font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left">
<font face="Arial"><br>
El reconocimiento del derecho de minor�as que
hasta ayer eran discriminadas, por la forma en
que se debati� y por la forma en que se aprob�,
por encima de mezquindades de logias pol�ticas o
religiosas, es un ejemplo para el mundo y nos
hace sentir que vivimos en un pa�s que puede ser
mejor, que lo intenta.</font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left">
<font face="Arial"><br>
Contener y proteger a minor�as, uniformando
derechos civiles, es un acto de aut�ntica
democracia. Por ese camino, es que llegaremos a
la posibilidad de regular y limitar a otras
minor�as, que utilizan su poder econ�mico, para
bloquear y bastardear derechos econ�micos,
sociales y tambi�n civiles de la mayor�a de los
argentinos.</font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left">

En un rato, deberemos volver a las asignaturas
pendientes, a nuestros conflictos y
contradicciones.</font></p>
