I compiled and installed this kernel and it has been running flawlessly and
without the hiccups (BUG-backtraces, seemingly harmless) I got with 2.6.22.
The following caveats:
1. Unionfs-source will not compile. This is common with kernel version changes
and should be fixed when Debian posts their 2.6.23s. If you are dependent on
unionfs, wait.
2. Nvidia drivers for older cards--I was using there 9631 version for an older
Gforce-2 mx400 card. This would no longer compile. Updates are already on
their site, I downloaded and installed, no problem.
All other ko's I usually recompile with kernel upgrades, kqemu, realtime-lsm,
vboxdrv, squashfs-source all recompiled without problems.
