Hey, If you have some time, read the Rosegarden manual, it's ok, but I know 
people does not like to read manuals :D

Also, there is a great tutorial for Rosegarden from Silvan "D. Michael 
McIntyre" <rosegarden.trumpeter at gmail.com>, printed and in electronic format
