Your are right: sorry, the package installs OK, but I missed the icon on the 
english & german, desktops... you can add a shortcut to /bin/videoconfig.sh 
by using the rox-filer disc browser (--> Personal folder, /bin, use the 
mouse, etc.), or you can launch videoconfig.sh from a konsole, terminal, etc.

It is fixed in the package's version 1.17, now,
