Really weird: the md5 worked well, as you told us, but the CD did not 
booted... weird, but, ok, that's history now.

Thanks, there is mucho work to do. Musix 0.59 is almost ready: 600 software 
packages were upgraded, and I installed udev, so, it's a little difficult to 
work with some issues now, as instance, the soundcard detecction was made 
using hotplug into Musix 0.50, but now with udev I can't use hotplug, so I 
modified alsaconf to work in an auto mode and to detect multiple 
soundcards..... I am sending you this file if you want to test this, because 
it will be into Musix 0.59 and we need to know if it works fine.

/usr/sbin/alsaconf
/usr/sndconf-musix.sh

You can test it by typing into a root konsole:

alsaconf auto
