[JoPP-Public] jopp update 2024

Hello Mathieu, hello everyone,

I think we should make an effort to keep the JoPP freely-accessible on the
public Internet, so archiving it on Zenodo (which I am not familiar with,
but according to what Peter Troxler says in his email, it provides the
functionality that we're looking for) sounds like a very good idea!

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Peter T. once again for
hosting the JoPP on his server and for registering the peerproduction.net
domain. Thank you Peter for everything you've done for JoPP all these years!
