Hi, it was great to "meet" you all I'm excited to begin to promote the gathering, are there some finalizations for the e-flyer? Can i throw a simple call out together with the info from the minutes? If so, then can i begin to build up the interest in our networks? (are we ready to take bookings?) I hope you are all well and let me know if this email is not the best way and using the pirate pad/crabgrass or something is better. Frank P.S If we respond make sure you just reply to me not the group or vice versa according to the content. No spam.

My Skype is nicolepvosper Please don’t email them to the whole list to spam everyone out. On the call we can set up a separate email list or cc thread so we aren’t annoying folks! Soil Hack Gathering this spring?
by Nicole Vosper 12 Jan '17

12 Jan '17

Hey Folks, I was wondering if anyone would be keen to help make a Soil Hack Gathering happen this spring? We had a Feed Avalon meeting last week and decided we would be able to support the event by offering up the cabin at our Learning Centre, and allowing me to help organise it in my paid time with the co-op. If the food was bring to share, with perhaps a warm meal prepared by us and our catering collective in the evening, then the whole thing would be pretty affordable to do. I was imaging like discussed before, maybe a two day thing? Folks can offer workshops that we can timetable and then some time to discuss soil hack and next steps? What do folks think?
