hay que construir lo que llaman "poder popular", que a mí me gusta más 
llamar "libertad popular", la cual va acompañada con

organizaciones libres
información libre
pensamiento libre
software libre
cultura libre

y demás

SOLAR actualmente no es una organización libre en su aspecto de ONG, no 
permite el libre fluir de las ideas, intenta sancionar a socios simplemente 
por enviar mails y debatir, un grupito censura artículos por no estar de 
acuerdo con el proyecto participativo original, etc.
