Hola!
Estoy desarrollando una aplicación que quisiera
distribuir bajo la GPL.

Tengo muchas dudas al respecto, algunas de ellas:

- Como se asegura la autoría intelectual de mi
aplicación? Es decir, que no pueda venir cualquier
otro y decir: esto lo hice yo y no vos. Hay que
"inscribir" la aplicación en algún lugar? Por que no
puedo decir (para ganar prestigio por ej): el gimp lo
hice yo? Quien regula tales cosas?

- Puede ser GPL la licencia de mi aplicacion siendo
que
esta desarrollada en squeak (http://www.squeak.org/)?
(entiendo que la licencia de squeak es mas
restrictiva, ya que squeak no se ha aceptado en
debian, copio abajo la parte de la licencia que me
resulta mas problemática)

Agradezco cualquier apunte que pueda ayudarme, un

Software that is distributed or sublicensed for a fee
or for other valuable consideration.
