[P2P-F] from city center occupations to assembles de barrios

City-center occupations can work against dictatorships, in some cases, but they don't seem to be a sustainable strategy for radical social transformation.
I heard that our Spanish friends started people's assemblies by neighborhoods. I'd love to learn more about them.
