[P2P-F] autocracy as most efficient governance?

I find this a very satisfying way to put the issues in a frame ...

I've always claimed that peer production is object-oriented (your point 1),
and creates governance and property structure for the protection of
equipotential participation and universal usage (your point 2)

excessive democratic governance, say a version of point 2, can impede the
productivity of point 1

perhaps this is why in war, tribal societies create warchiefs, who lost
their power when they returned to the village, which had a different
objective ...
