Dear Volker and Jussi,
thanks for your quick answer.

About Volker concerns: I think that the additional 20% funding is not an 
easy one. Google it's an option, but of course would depend on their 
conditions. Another options are smaller funding organisations, but I 
think should be based in the UK. Maybe Soros-OSI it's an option?

About the non-funding partners: Volker's list is really good. I can 
suggest CopySouth, Information Society Project (Yale), iCommons and 
FLACSO (Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences). However, I need to 
clarify that on this bid status we need to present a "expression of 
interest", so I think we should focus on getting some letters of support 
from the partners that would eventually participate. That would show in 
someway the quality of the network of organisations that would support 
our centre.

Volker, would be great if you publish what you have in the wiki space. 
If the rest of you agree, we should have a phone call or some kind of 
meeting as soon as possible.
