No se qué es la Bios, por ende tampoco se entrar.

Arranca el ordenador y mientras inicia, si es un pc, pulsa la tecla DEL. Si
es un portátil intenta con la ESC.

Te entrará al setup de la bios. Ahí te mueves con las teclas de
desplazamiento hasta que encuentres la pantalla donde esté la hora del cmos.
Usa la ayuda que te indicará por algún lado de esas pantallas.

Si cambias algo, vas a la ventana EXIT y eliges salir guardando los cambios,
pulsas Yes.
