[Musix-users] can not connect to the Internet

Hi, wait till I ask to another Musix's users into the spanish mailinging list, 
some one will know what to do

I think you can solve it: it's because the generic vesa driver you are using. 
Musix setups your videocard to work safe, but you can make Musix to set up it 
better.

Please, do this:

control+alt+f1

enter as root user and kill the X server:

killall X
killall Xorg 

* Then type:

videoconfig.sh

* Then choose the first option: "0" " Enable autodetection method 0: Musix's 
new"

* It will  configure your video to work better, and it will make a backup file 
of xorg.conf into en /etc/X11/ . So, if you have problems starting the X 
server again, just restore the backup file: 
cp /etc/X11/xorg.conf.bak.xorgmusix /etc/X11/xorg.conf

* Ok, now you have to start the Desktop, choose the 4 option or type:

kdm

... into a terminal.

If it doesn't start, select another autodetection method: it will work
