Hi all

Alessandro Delfanti recently commented that it was hard to figure out how to submit an article to the journal. I have attempted to fix this by modifying the mission statement / submission page. I also added a few specific guidelines that came up in the lead-up to the preparation of issues 1 and 2 concerning for example endnotes, illustrations etc.

I'm thinking this may not be enough and it may be better to rename that page "Submissions" or "How to submit", so that's what people see in the menu?
