<span style="font-size: 12px; color: #f4f5f5;">It's been two weeks since we thoroughly enjoyed a French bistro brunch weekend in Las Vegas and the tastes and sights linger strongly in memory.

Before reviewing our Sunday brunch experience at Aria's Bardot, allow a few words about Saturday's brunch at Mon Ami Gabi at the Paris. We had been looking forward to MAG for quite a while and made reservations through Open Table. 

Three quick Mon Ami Gabi observations...

1) a seat at an open air pavilion table, while not directly overlooking the strip is still a most pleasant repast which didn't require a wait.

2) I've never seen a wait staff hustle through tight aisles so effortlessly, while balancing large trays of dishes high above their heads on extended arms and fingertips. Very impressive.

3) we had an issue with over cooked poached eggs. They were immediately replaced by not only freshly and perfectly poached eggs, but with an entirely new plate of corned beef hash (delicious, moist, well seasoned), along with a replacement of their wonderful hash browns and toast. This was true customer service...correct a mistake with an apology and a smile. Well done and much appreciated MAG!fa136e57392093479095a5a40f033715
