badminton club. Both of us was from Malaysia and died to go to the true Malaysia restaurant. She has mention to me there actually one at Orlando. The true Malaysia restaurant that I know is in Atlanta. This is consider close to Tampa. As a result, I decide to try it if I come to Orlando. This restaurant actually has the menu of the street food from Malaysia, Vietnam, Thai, China, Korea and Japan. We are trying the Malaysian food today. We have order the roti canai, chicken satay stick, prawn mee, Hokkein Mee. This is the street food that selling by the pushing cart. Each cart usually sell one items that they are good with. The prawn mee is the best dish and they are closer to my mom cooking. The process to produce the broth is very difficult. The broth is actually broil a lot of shrimp head and yellow ginger and chili. This usually require a lot of shrimp. Once the broth is almost complete, the shrimp meat is to broil with the soup. The shrimp need to fillet to two half to allow the broth to marinate the meat. It serve with fried onion and vege. This dish is actually an Nyonya dish who is the mix marriage of Chinese and Malay descendant cusine. The chicken satay is close to the Malay people cusine. It need to be sweeter but the flavor is there. The Hokkein Mee is actually an immigrants of Chinese from Hokkein region of china to Malaysia dish. This dish is predominately in sweet soy source. A good Hokkein Mee need to be not watery source. It should be in drier source. The roti canai is actually an Malaysian Indian dish. The roti of this dish are not quite to the required paper thin bread. However , the curry is good. Some prefer watery curry than liquid curry. The actual roti dough need to stretch to thin piece by gravity. I have attached a You Tube link below how it actually made to paper thin and mouth watery to eat. We stop by this stop after Universal studios. The pictures and reviews made it sound like a spot that we wanted to check out. The place is designed to be a asian tapa type of place. You can order w bunch of small dishes to try. All of the dishes that we order was really good. One of the dishes that people recommended were the skewers. We got the chicken and the beef. The beef had a korean BBQ flavoring to it. It had enough char on it to give it that smokey flavoring. We also put in an order for the roasted duck. I was not too impressed by it because I've have better duck at s chicken market. They did a decent job though. We finished the nice with a bowl of noodle soup for each of us. Kelly got a soup that resembles kapoon and I got one that resembled vietnamese soup. Both were very flavorful and gave us a little touch of home while we were on vacation. The place was packed while we were there. There is plenty of seating for groups of all sizes. It was nice that they had anthoby boudain on tv. It was a good place to try. Wasn't too crazy about it, but I'll do there again. After a few more experiences, remembering to try different foods than I have on previous occasions, I'm
