For instance, I have been to places where they had modified milk cans as barstools and having art which has been inspired by farm tools and supplies. The ambiance reminded me of the documentary Food Inc, where they mention that all farming is industrialized. ??Even the "Prohibition Era Bar" can use some prohibition era touches. I think the place missed out on a great opportunity. ??The only rustic touch was serving water in milk bottles. 2 stars for ambiance and d??cor. The service was good, we had reservations and the hostess seated us promptly. The waitress was patient, explained all the specials and drinks and gave some great recommendations. 5 stars for service. The drinks were amazing. I had the Gorg and my fianc??e had Bloody Mary. This was by far some of the best drinks I have had in the DC area and hands down the best bloody mary. I will return to this place for the drinks alone. They are on the pricey side, but they are worth it. 5 stars for the drinks. The food was alright, maybe the hype killed it for us. I had the meat loaf with watermelon side and my fianc??e had the stuffed French toast. The meat loaf was good, moist and flavorful. The mashed potatoes was also brilliant. I read such great reviews about the Risotto and wanted it as one of my sides
