  Hi Team,
I wanted to gather everyone’s thoughts on launching a creative brainstorming session for our upcoming project this month. We've all been pushing hard, and I think it would be a great idea to spark some creativity.
Any ideas for formats and what you’d like to explore
  Best,
  Alex

  Hi Alex,
I love this concept! Maybe we could do a workshop style since the weather’s been so inviting lately. We could even include some interactive challenges to keep things lively.
I’m available most weekdays, so just let me know what suits everyone.
  Thanks for suggesting this!
  Julia

  Good morning everyone,
A workshop sounds fantastic. I think a Friday afternoon would work best so people can wind down from the week. I can help arrange materials and snacks — maybe we do a collaborative effort
Also, I’d be happy to manage sending out a participation form so we know how many to expect.
  Looking forward to it!
  Ethan

  Hi all,
Love this! Count me in for managing activities and prizes. I can bring my design kits and sketchpads. Maybe we do a friendly competition with small gift cards for the winners.
Thanks Alex for initiating this — this will be fantastic for team spirit.
  Cheers,
  Olivia

  Hey Team,
I’m all for this too. Maybe we can get some unique design swag items as giveaways — hats, notebooks, or even reusable bags with our logo. I think everyone would love that!
Let’s finalize a date soon so I can check in with the manager about budget for materials and prizes.
  Excited to help out!
  Liam
