Super, super impressed.  And this is after I went to a baby shower here and got a tray of mimosas dumped down me (management was unbelievably apologetic).... Simply delicious...family run and they clearly do not settle for less than perfection with ingredients and service.  Great for meat lovers and veggies alike! Miriam's is a revelation. The only restaurant in the Bethlehem-Allentown area serving food from the African continent (Olando's on North side bethlehem used... Great service! Very generous in food quantities, and the food is delicious. They provide a variety of different dishes, and will change things up to meet... I love love love this restaurant! Winston has become a household name for my family.  The food never disappoints and the service is great. He remembers many... Best home cooked food in the Valley!
