Always great food. Fast service and friendly staff and management. Oh, and I may be a displaced Iowan, but this is the standard of excellence for sweet tea. Home, Sweet East Texas Home Cooking. ....Please do not get distracted by the outdoors sign containing local politicking. Or the fact that as soon as you enter... The service is great, food delicious and quite frankly I was very impressed with how clean the dining area and check out area was.... (While waiting in line... Not bad at all. The only Chinese food place in Vivian, Good thing it's also yummy.  From the outside this place loooks like a dump, but the food is really... My husband and I went to The Black Pearl for our one year wedding anniversary. He found it through Yelp a few weeks ago and was able to make a reservation... I love this place!  Everything I had was great starting with garlic bread with cheese, followed by pizza, and then ending with cheesecake.  My friends had... I was in Clearwater for 4 days and I came her
