I met my father here for lunch the other day. I have been told by numerous people CU is to be considered one of the best restaurants in the Cedar Valley, so... Wonderful atmosphere! We felt like part of the family while we were there. Jackie is a wonderful host and the food was awesome!! Big portion so come hungry. The BEST sushi in town. Their Alaskan roll is unbeatable. The place is clean and staff are friendly. No wait time whenever I go. I've been going to this place ever since I was born so I've been here 70+ in the span of my lifetime so I feel as if I can say this restaurant is the best... We always have a great meal and service is top notch. ..This last week, our server went over the top! ..Thanks to our awesome server, Jacob for a terrific... I've been here twice and loved it both times. Ate family style both, so that made it a little expensive. However, not a bad price considering the quality....
