Cornish Game Hen -- fried with a truly savory tamari glaze and served with flowering kale. Delicious! My favorite of the evening. The chicken was crispy and the tamari glaze was just enough to give it flavor without making the skin soggy. This dish will convert you into a kale lover, if you're not one already.  The kale is so nicely caramelized and dressed that you will not detect any bitterness at all. I ate a lot of that kale! There was lot to be had, so we didn't finish it. The couple next to us told us they were envious of our game hen dish when they saw it, but then again, we were envious of their slab of short ribs dish when it arrived on their table!
