nunca escuche ninguna argumentacion contra los principios participativos, salvo pedidos de mas tiempo para votarlo, ya pasaron años asi.
por otra parte cuando se discutio se cambio bastante la redaccion original, fue bastante rico eso.
por otra parte no hacen mas expresar como se funcionaba, no hay nada que cambiar al aprobarlos
Pero pueden ser mejorados, siempre se puede mejorar
