hi Natalie, I think it is probably true that a certain type of libertarianism is pretty much unusual in our p2p circles, and that certain gut reactions would make you uncomfortable; however, I for one appreciate the change to get to know such perspectives better ... hi Natalie,
I think it is probably true that a certain type of libertarianism is pretty much unusual in our p2p circles, and that certain gut reactions would make you uncomfortable; however, I for one appreciate the change to get to know such perspectives better ...

Believe me, you're not the only one here who experiences hostility. This movement is like herding cats. Michel sometimes has heated exchanges with people further to the Left who see p2p as the nucleus of a moneyless communism, and I've rubbed some people the wrong way in this venue by suggesting we ignore IP law rather than "respect the law while we try to change it." That there's disagreement & hostility reflects the realities of life. Since this group is about peer to peer sharing, maybe one of the tech wizards can create a way we can link up with participants who are on the same wave length-the goal being realistic opportunities for action & results. -----Original Message----- From: Kevin Carson Sent: Sunday, November 27, 2011 6:51 PM To: P2P Foundation mailing list Subject: Re: [P2P-F] Confusing Dialogues On Sat, Nov 26, 2011 at 8:19 AM, Natalie Golovin <[email protected]> wrote:
