Dear Franco, I spent two hours incorporating some of Stephen Downes excellent material in our wiki, see http://www.downes.ca/files/FreeLearning.pdf (which is by the way a good example of a best of bk we are envisaging ourselves) Could you also incorporate this as a series in our blog, under the heading "Essay of the Week" (to replace a book of the week the first available week) I would suggest for the serialization in three episodes, the following entries see below or in 'recentchanges' of the wiki: * defining open content licenses * defining open educational resources * a third one of your choice ... (or not, 2 entries is fine as well) Michel Open Peer Accreditation <http://p2pfoundation.net/Open_Peer_Accreditation> (diff | hist<http://p2pfoundation.net/Special:RecentChanges?title=Open_Peer_Accreditation&curid=18166&action=history>) . . *(+1,555)* . .
