Hi Frank, I knew yesterday you had worked on visual mode to make it feel more natural. What do you think about the current implementation? Is it worse (apart from the fact it isn't possible to switch from block mode to the other kinds of visual modes) than your version? I like the current version in that it works like vim and it looks the same (the character/line under the cursor in normal/linewise are highlighted). What do you think about the new stuff in general? Totally ok for me :) how's the situtation of the current code? has every coder agreed ?

Frank, do you know why copyright assignment is important? If Vimpulse gets into Emacs, do you agree that you will assign your copyright to the FSF? I think this means that they will mail you a form, and you will have to read, agree, sign, and mail it back to them. Frank, when you reply to me, please click "Reply to All".
I agree, no problem.
I've just seen the new version of vimpulse I wasn't aware of. I should see if my latest visual-mode stuff still works (propably not ;)). It's good to see that development goes on.
Bye, Frank
