Dear all I summarize below the actions I said I d participate in, just for the info of people leading those initiatives. I need to ask you to please contact me at this other email address ana.heras(a)communityeconomies.org Thanks! Ana Inés Heras ----------------- *In re: NEXT SYSTEM *I replicate below a way to explore the ways to participate by pasting an email I received from Deissy. If anyone in this group is interested in proposing a Panel in that Convergence, I could be a part of it if you see fits. If anyone would like to take lead on this, you can send me an email to ana.heras(a)communityeconomies.org *In re: Laura Rival´s proposal, *I think we said she d send it to people interested in collaborating in a re-reading of her text. I could participate in this, Laura, and please, I ask you to send it to my other address: ana.heras(a)communityeconomies.org *In re: direct democracy, *I think we said that the group who has already worked on this will take lead. I can also be a part of this initiative next year. This is what I registered that I volunteered to participate in. Thanks. Ana *NEXT SYSTEM. *Session proposals for the *Forum** portion of the *Second Next System Convergence this September 4th* *and 5th* are *now open*! If you would like to submit *you have until August 13th* to do so. *We are looking for sessions that combine any mix of ecological, societal, economic, cultural, political, legal, or technological systems*. Of course, the sessions can be very practical and focused on particular cases and particular projects. However, *they should relate in a clear way to the Next System framework overall*. *This includes sessions related to the following:* 1. *The relationship between system design, * 2. *System crises,* 3. *Systemic movements, * 4. *And/or system change.* You can find the link to submit your proposal *here (link)* <https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeGvEmfOWHI4C08a01NS_puG_sAjNvp-Hl…> . **Note: The Forum portion of the Next System Convergence is an all virtual event and will take place all day Thursday, September 4th.* *Please feel free to share this form within your academic and non-academic networks, organizations and activists.* Thank you, *Gabriel Gonzales* *Communications & Organizing OfficerNext System Studies* nextsystem.org Pronouns: He/him ggonza6(a)gmu.edu Abajo los micro fascismos de la vida cotidiana Dra.
