[soilhack-announce] Soil Hack Gathering 2018

Hi Frank, its great to see another event being planned after last year's
success. I'm afraid that I am simply too stretched with other work right
now to be able to support the organisation of this, or to attend (its a
very long way from Newcastle) but I'm cheering you on from the sidelines!
