[P2P-es] #SavetheLab: El Ayuntamiento de Madrid quiere desahuciar a MediaLab-Prado

Ok, I can't take on a full translation (not this week anyway), so what I'm
doing is writing an intro, explaining the situation to give some context
and, then, republishng our translation of Bernardo's article from last year
to let people see what's a stake. I'll "4th post" that for today, but I'll
be on the lookout for English news.

We can then call on Neal, Open Democracy, etc to get it republished
