Happy new year to all the members of the list!

Things are heating up here in Greece as the election date is approaching
(25 January). An electoral victory of anti-austerity parties could prove to
be the first step towards a wider panEuropean progressive change. Here is
an appeal that appeared in the context of the international solidarity
campaign that is just starting:

As you might have noticed, once again systemic international media and many
German media and governmental officials are once again trying to
orchestrate the well known fear campaign to blackmail the vote of Greek
citizens. But I think this time they will fail.
