As the oscillations of the world conjuncture intensity, and as the
resistance and creative reactions to these challenges accelerate, the
p2p-foundation and the p2p theoretical approaches are bound to call us to
play a larger and more crucial role,

hence, we need to upgrade our strategic understanding and capabilities,

this is a very good start, and I strongly recommend that people who take
the world situation seriously to read it,
