Although I am not immediately sympathetic to this theory, it would be
useful to have a response, possibly by way of some political analysis
regarding the government's general motivations and record.
Such an analysis would be useful to anyone thinking of investing energy in
this project. The Ecuadorian ambition is fascinating and it would be great
to get some more context.
Can anyone recommend any reading along these lines?
