[P2P-F] Transnational and P2P Commons Transitions

May be 'Foundation' belongs to the old ontology and refers to a civil
society organisatinon, but I think it is possible to see P2P-F as a
netwroked political agency, or at least in practise it does make
networked politics anyway.
