[P2P-F] Web Filters Blocking P2PFoundation.net

Hey Apostolis,

OpenDNS do not block sites. They categorise them. These categories are then
used as a basis on which sites are blocked. We somehow ended up in the
P2P/Filesharing Category which is often blocked by private service
providers. We would not have been blocked unless you wanted to block
P2P/Filesharing.
