[P2P-F] [Networkedlabour] Transnational and P2P Commons Transitions

dear Orsan,

we have a community development list within the p2p-f, I think that perhaps
this is the best place to advance the governance work,

I think that Stacco is motivated to advance this work as well, and he can
tell you how far we have gotten,
