I agree with the fundamental assessment,

at the same time rhetorical agression against capitalism is often
counterproductive and drives away the very people you want on your side,
i.e. the many who believe in a 'good capitalism'.

it is a bit ironic that many leading capitalists are now lamenting that
'marx was right' and 'please tax us', while amongst the demonstrators there
is a feeling of 'hush, don't critique capitalism' ..

although it is a contradiction in terms, this is where people are, mostly,
and the different measures that this entails would in any case be mostly
beneficial to everyone,

so we can put underlying beliefs under brackets and seek for common demands
for change, until the time is ripe for a more fundamental phase transition
(just 2-3 decades away at the most, since the system is in a deep structural
crisis)

that doesn't mean we have to hide our critiques, just that we can work with
those who don't fully share it,
