yes, it's the famous one percent rule, but let's face, running just one org
is hard ... imagine just 50 of us running 1700 ..... so the real figure is
at least 1700 times 'x', with x depending on the size of the organisation
...

now of course, the real secret is that are really really running all those
x's (shssss don't tell anyone)
