Hi Andrea,

perhaps it would be best to work in two phases, one that is reserved to the
free cultural students, to make sure your own voices are heard, and then
subsequently, do a round of consultations with friendly stakeholders? It
seems to me that the FC Forum has a broad mix of people .. i.e. creatives,
internet user and rights groups, and concerned individuals ...

I wasn't myself involved in the nitty gritty of writing the 2 reports of the
forum, perhaps Simona or Mayo can tell you a bit more of the process that
was used ..
