Dear Stefan and Michel,

Thanks for your email. At the top of my head comes the need for 
supervision. What would be best is someone with experience in drafting 
these kind of papers in an EU context. So for example what kind of people 
do you need in the working group to account for all areas, and similar 
questions. In what specific ways can we cooperate?
