[P2P-F] Fwd: When work becomes play - "gamification" - manipulation or empowerment ?

This recalls an approach by a village called Gaviotas in Colombia. The 
village was founded in the 1970s and meant to be a model of sustainable 
living. They adopted many innovations, and one was a see-saw for 
children, which was also used to pump water.
