Hi Bryan, it's too long for us, but interesting, so I have excerpted from it
for August 12, and people can then discover the original for more.

My take is that you can't totally uproot a society in one go, so RBE
networks have to predate any more fundamental change ...

So you would have to create a network of phyles, i.e. community-based,
mission-oriented enterprises, which network together through open book
management, and can start to mutually coordinate an ever larger part of
their exchanges in a new way ...
