Esto es algo realmente misterioso, deberíamos averiguar qué diferencias 
existen entre los scripts que se instalan en el método knoppix y los de 
debian o begginer... yo sospecho que en la instalación de tipo debian o 
begginer existen scripts que no existen en la instalación de tipo knoppix 
(igual que el live cd), la clave para vos sería ir eliminando scripts en una 
instalación tipo debian, desde los directorios /etc/rcS.d y /etc/rc5.d para 
ver dónde exactamente está el problema: así lo investigarías y lograrías 
descubrir el origen... sólo un usuario  con tu hardware puede hacerlo.

Claro, porque el kernel 2.6.16-beyond4.1 está bien configurado en ese sentido, 
aunque con tantos kernels, ni yo sé ya cuál recomendar :D jajaja
