 Okkkkk..... I'll try some "Welcome message" at the bottom (plus sing-in
 link blinking) and detect sign/in or registration via a cookie.

 What about this message?:

 "You are not logged so you can only see some public contents in this site
 but not to collaborate. Please _register_ or _sign in_ to get full access
 to this site tools and contents"

 (A message that you will see every day in your first access to the site
 until registration)
