[JoPP-Public] Backup maintainer for email list

Hey Mathieu, et al ;)

No worries on the nature of sending - and in general I'm very happy to help
out, as I'm sure are many others on this list too when needed. It's not an
easy job to run a journal entirely on volunteer time, and the amount of
work you all continue to put into it is immense, so I think the weight is
much better carried by many shoulders rather than just a few.

Please do go ahead and send me details about the email list - I've run a
few community listserves in my time so I should be fine with it, but I may
have to come back to this list and ask for more humans to help if not!
