[JoPP-Public] JoPP article word limits

Hi All

Quick question about article word lengths. Where should we draw the line?
Angela and I have received a paper that's in excess of 18,000 words. The
authors have questioned our request to cut it down stating that it would
seriously undermine their article.

What does the list think?
