[JoPP-Public] How about a JoPP special issue on Ecuadorian p2p developments?

To make an "exceptional" issue would be a good idea, since this is a
very exceptional situation. The problem remains that at the beginning of
such a project, there is very little research about it possible.

One way to deal with this would be to acknowledge this openly and plan
two issues, one now -- that documents the ambition and the set-up of the
project -- and one quite a bit later -- that researches outcomes
critically.

The first issue could be driven by people inside the project, as there
is less need for critical distance etc, the second issue should include
substantive contributions from outsiders.
