[JoPP-Public] Empty "About" page

Hi all,

I friend notes that the journal's "About" is empty. There are various
subpages visible in the menu on top, but the page itself has no content.

The first subpage is entitled "Submissions" but has the link
<http://peerproduction.net/about/mission-statement/>. It contains both, the
mission statement and info on "How to submit to the Journal". One way of
fixing the empty About page would be to move the mission statement there and
limit the Submissions page to submission info only.
