vimpulse bug: visual-line does not select final newline

Should be fixed in Vimpulse commit [f01061610c], provided you enable
the mode with M-x vimpulse-surround-mode or (vimpulse-surround-mode 1)
rather than (setq vimpulse-surround-mode t).
